L,a,boutique Gallery is happy to participate to the X Edition of MIA Milan Photo Fair, the most important international fair dedicated to photography, held in Milan Italy, presenting the Solo Curated Show of Switzerland based photographer Gerassimos Spyridakis.
Spyridakis portfolio chronicles his journey to capture the essence of the human element within the natural or urban context. His work consists of powerful depictions of untouched locations, where culture and every day life retain their natural authenticity; Lands of soil and spirit, where the mythic and the real are often intertwine. Spyridakis’ wide angle and dramatic landscape compositions create a lyrical imagery that succeeds to convey the uplifting awe he experiences in the field.
Gerasimos Spyridakis studied photography at the New York Institute of Photography and is a member of the International Film Center. In 2011 he founded Photography Without Frontiers (P.W.F.), an international organisation which aims to use photography for charity purposes..
